RAM slot is not working! I try put there 2 different DDR3 (original Samsung and Kingston). Both of them working fine in the first
slot.
Cons: The DDR3 ram doesn’t work in the Gateway P-7811 FX laptop because the laptop uses DDR2 ram and is not upgradable to 8+GB of DDR3 ram.
Then I tried to boot again with RAM in slots 2 & 4, not working, tried again
slots 1 & 3, working. Then I borrowed another 2 & 16 GB DDR5 RAM, also 6000MHZ from my brother, plugged them in the 2 & 4 slots, not booting again.
